Terms and Conditions of the iGMS SUMMER26 Promotion

I. Organizing Company

The promotion is organized by AirGMS Technologies Inc., the provider of the iGMS short-term rental management platform available at https://www.igms.com (hereinafter "iGMS" or the "Company").

II. Date and Time

The SUMMER26 promotion is active from June 25, 2026 through June 30, 2026, ending at 23:59 GMT on June 30, 2026 (the "Validity Period"). The discount is only available for subscriptions initiated during the Validity Period.

iGMS reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the promotion at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

III. Eligibility

The SUMMER26 promotion is available exclusively to:

• New customers only — individuals or entities with no previous purchase or active subscription on the iGMS platform.
• Participants who purchase the annual PRO plan through the official promotional link carrying the SUMMER26 promo code.
• Participants who complete their purchase within the Validity Period (June 25–30, 2026, ending 23:59 GMT June 30, 2026).

Existing customers, customers on any other plan, or customers whose subscription is initiated outside the Validity Period are not eligible for this promotion.

IV. Discount

The SUMMER26 promotion offers a discount of up to 50% off the annual PRO plan compared to the regular monthly PRO rate. The exact discount percentage depends on the number of active properties at the time of subscription.

• The discount is a one-time benefit applied to the first invoice only of the annual PRO subscription.
• The promotion does not apply to the Flex plan, the PRO+ plan, monthly PRO plans, or any other plan type.
• If the subscriber changes their plan or modifies their number of active properties after the initial discounted invoice, standard prorating rules apply and the promotional discount will not carry over.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, or pricing adjustment.

V. How to Obtain the Discount

The SUMMER26 discount is applied automatically when a new customer subscribes to the annual PRO plan via the official promotional link that carries the SUMMER26 promo code:

• Only one discounted subscription per user account is permitted.
• The promotion is not combinable with any other discount, promo code, or special pricing arrangement.
• iGMS reserves the right to verify eligibility and void the discount if the conditions of this promotion are not met.

VI. Payment, Refunds, and Liability

• All subscription fees are non-refundable, including the discounted first invoice under this promotion, in accordance with iGMS's standard Terms of Service.
• iGMS reserves the right to void the promotional discount and revert to standard pricing if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion has been abused, circumvented, or obtained through fraudulent means.
• iGMS accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in or reliance upon this promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• iGMS's liability to any participant in connection with this promotion shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant under the discounted subscription.
