Another busy month! Take a look at our June updates and improvements.

🚀Top-quality improvements:

  • Team & Members section performance has been improved. Now, the list of team members loads and filters without delay. In the member’s card, you can now successfully save and apply granted access to properties and pre-set permissions ✔️

iGMS Team and Members Personal

  • The direct booking listing editor now offers the option to switch to KRW currency (the official currency of South Korea).
  • From now on the tax calculation for direct bookings takes all fees into account. Once set, in the direct booking listing editor, the fees will be considered in the tax summary 💸

  • Property owners now receive email notifications regarding confirmed reservations from Booking.com (in the same way they are notified of confirmed reservations from Airbnb and HomeAway/Vrbo )📧
  • The Monthly Revenue report with the filter set to Show both properties and listings, now features rows relating to the same grouped property. The first row relates to the grouped property as a whole, and listings in the group are detailed below.

  • iGMS API /v1/bookings endpoint performance has been improved to ensure all data relating to iGMS bookings filters through via the API to the connected app.

📌 Our technical support team has been busy too! Here’s what they’ve rectified and refined during the month of June:

iGMS Single Property Calendar Direct Booking

  • Fixed an error regarding direct bookings failing to change color. Now all changes are saved and applied correctly 🌈
  • Improved message automation performance for on inquiry templates.  Messages are now sent out effectively and efficiently. 
  • Resolved a problem relating to issues surrounding changing a team member’s phone number in the member card (the screen would go blank). Now alterations are saved and changes to data are made smoothly.

  • Reworked the iOS mobile app functionality so it doesn’t show blank pages randomly when using the app 📱
  • Corrected an error whereby sometimes no invoice would be created for a direct booking. 

iGMS Invoice

  • Improved the process of creating invoices for Booking.com reservations. Now, the correct guest and financial information is retrieved from Booking.com 🏠
  • Applied minor design fixes to  Direct Booking Widget, causing the datepicker to operate with no disruption, and allowing images to be displayed on the mobile app version (for iOS and Android versions).
  • Resolved an issue relating to the Accounts & Listings section. The section would randomly go blank. Now, it operates properly.
