Let’s see what our developers and technical support teams have been up to during the month of July.
🚀Top-quality improvements:
- Added support for all the currencies on Airbnb to iGMS. Now, when you are creating a listing, you have a full selection of currencies available.
- Included a new currency. Romanian Leu (RON) is now present in our selection of currencies for manual reservations.
- Our direct booking widget has been polished and optimized for mobile and a better date-picking experience! We think it’s a high time you made a start with direct bookings if you haven’t already!
📌 Our technical support team has some things to share, too! Here’s what they’ve fixed and refined during the month of July:
- Resolved a problem relating to the preset time for a message template. There seemed to be a 12-hour difference between the display time and the actual time! We’ve sorted that out now, and the preset time is correct.
- Dealt with a visual issue on the iGMS calendars. We spotted that some dates were being shown as blocked, even though they are available on the booking platform. We’ve now rectified this.
- Caught and squashed a very rare bug relating to the syncing data between iGMS and booking platforms. In some cases, you could see different availability or pricing on iGMS, but now everything is unified and displayed as expected.
- Occasionally guest language detection worked incorrectly – setting the wrong target language for guests on Airbnb. We’ve addressed this issue – hosts and guests can now speak the same language!
- Noticed that, on occasion, the system wouldn’t send invoices for direct booking reservations. The problem has been resolved, and invoices are now sent out on time 🧾
- Spotted that hosts were unable to alter the price for a direct booking listing if there was no initial rate – we’ve put this right too.
- Located and removed a rare visual glitch whereby property names were being replaced with the listing name in the Property Editor. Now everything is working as expected.
- Resolved a problem whereby, in some cases, hosts were unable to alter a reservation for direct bookings.
- Fixed an issue relating to labels not displaying correctly in the Property Editor.
- Noticed there was no option to access the Reservations Report, but that’s been dealt with now.
- Resolved a problem relating to hosts not being able to change or update manual reservations – you can do that now.
- If you are one of our PROtrack users, you might have noticed that in some cases the Complete ticket button would not work. The issue has been fixed, and now you can continue checking your team performance as before ⏱️
