Along the way, our technical support team has managed to keep an eye out for the issues and errors that needed their immediate attention as well. Let’s take a look at what they’ve improved and refined during the month of April.

🚀 Top-quality improvements:

  • The iGMS Unified Inbox search mechanism has gone through some scheduled improvements! Now the search results load without delay upon your request 🔍
  • The synchronization process of pending reservations has been refined. Nothing is missed out on now, even if expired ✔️
  • We have a new variable {{Property_name}} in the message template editor. Unlike the {{Listing_name}} variable that is bound to the name of the listing on the given platform, the new variable pulls the iGMS’ property name.

  • The SmartBnb iCal can now be imported to iGMS.
  • If your listings are in the Pricing and availability or Everything sync type, you can add basic Early Bird and Last-minute discounts in the Airbnb Listing Editor in iGMS 💸

  • If you use PriceLabs with iGMS, we will ask you to resync the imported properties list on PriceLabs each time you have grouped several listings under the same property on iGMS.
  • After a recent improvement in the Booking.com Property editor, the names of all the facilities are correctly reflected on both Booking.com and iGMS 🏘️

🛠️ Here’s what our technical support team has fixed and patched up during the month of April:

  • Added support for the new format of Airbnb reservations to correct an error with “0” payout showing in the thread. Now, it displays the precise information about the payout and itinerary for every guest.

  • Fixed a bug when a successfully sent message to a Vrbo guest displayed as failed. Now you will see the actual status of the messages.
  • Corrected an issue in Unified Inbox with Pending status reservations showing an empty screen. Now you can access threads with the Pending status with no problems 💬

  • Fixed a bug with a failed trigger for new reservations in message automation. Now, the necessary templates go out upon the pre-set trigger events.
  • A bug with updating prices in the Multi-calendar/Single Property Calendar is fixed. Now, when clicking Apply to save the changes, prices are reflected on the calendar accordingly 🗓️

  • Reworked the mobile app functionality: now the Multi-calendar loads properly on both apps, iOS and Android 📱
  • Fixed a bug when cleaners could view nightly prices in the Multi-calendar without corresponding permission. Now, if the Financial viewer toggle is turned off, the team member won’t access reports and/or prices on the calendar.
  • A preset delay for on-booking/on-cancellation auto-responders was not working as intended. Now the templates get sent as intended observing the delay settings.

  • Fixed an issue when a payment card got declined upon upgrading to the PRO subscription plan with no error message. Now, in such cases, the system shows a possible reason for card declination.
  • A problem with the incorrect display of the check-in/checkout variables in message automation is resolved. Now, the message template goes out with the proper details of the guest’s stay 📌
