Time to check in with what we’ve been up to at iGMS during the month of July.

To keep you working with less hassle and more hustle, the iGMS product team regularly introduce new features and shape up the current ones.

During July, the development team has been busy getting our Booking.com integration ready for a huge update. On top of this, they’ve been working on a fundamental update of Multi-calendar – it’s nearly done and will be coming your way soon 😎  Their productivity has no limits, the team is always making refinements and fixes. Let’s jump into it right away! If you have not joined the iGMS community yet, now is a perfect moment to do it and try out the improvements.

⭐Key Improvements:

  • We’ve extended the cleaning visits notification window. Now, your cleaners will get notified about new cleaning assignments even when they are scheduled for more than 6 months in advance.  
  • The cleaning visits notifications have been redesigned to include the previous checkout and the next check-in time. This ensures your team members stay informed about the allocated time frame⌛ for their visit.

 

  • We’ve enhanced the Multi-calendar capacity – it’s now synchronized up to 270 days ahead.
  • We’ve reworked HomeAway/Vrbo reservations sync. Now, all canceled reservations are removed from the Multi-calendar without any delays and dates aren’t blocked.
  • We’ve improved the iGMS mobile app notification system. Users now get push notifications about HomeAway/Vrbo instant bookings📲
  •  Guest Communication for Direct Bookings becomes easier: the reservation history is now displayed for every manual reservation thread. Moreover, if such a reservation gets removed from the iGMS calendar, the reservation history will indicate its status as ‘Cancelled’📩

  • We’ve added a new functionality to generate and export iGMS iCal without information about a guest.
  • We have stabilized the correspondent sync between the account holder and Administrator accounts. Now all the changes in the auto-review, signature, unassigned tasks settings made by either of the roles get synced to both accounts without errors or delays⚖️

 

🛠️...Here comes the recap of the bug fixes applied by our technical support team in July. To maintain your quality experience with iGMS, they have:

 

  • Fixed a bug so upon inquiry message templates go out in a timely manner.
  • Resolved an issue whereby the time of outgoing messages for direct bookings didn’t correspond to the time displayed in the Inbox.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing users from editing and saving a new email in the team members’ card 🔗. Now the setting works correctly.
  • Improved the sync with Airbnb so now the iGMS Payouts report pulls any missing data in a timely manner.

  • Corrected the host and guests phone numbers sync to the iGMS system. Now the phone numbers get pulled to iGMS without erroneous formatting☎️
  • Improved iGMS iCals system update so flexible check-in and checkout time events are synced across the platforms correctly.
  • Fixed a bug so the Multi-calendar is now accessible to scroll down to the last row in all browsers🗓️
  • Resolved an issue so the minimum stay settings are updated on iGMS (on the source platform) with no delays and errors.
