The new layout changes have been carried throughout the desktop and mobile apps. The mobile Multi-calendar interface has been adjusted to ensure smooth navigation through its minimized format and touchscreen specifics. Managing your vacation rentals on the go has become even more convenient and reliable. You can install our app for Android and iOS to keep enjoying not only the full set of the vacation rental calendar tools but also the entire package of iGMS features.

Unlock New Features 

Our new Multi-calendar offers advanced solutions for successful multitasking vacation rental managers. We’re determined to make it easier to multiply your revenue! iGMS expands functionality to multi-track your pricing and availability via the handy vacation rental calendar.

The Rate-view widget now features a new Multi-calendar. This enhancement was designed for Booking.com integration specifically. With the Rate-view mode, you can easily apply various pricing rules for your Booking.com properties. You can use the mode for controlling rates for your Airbnb, Vrbo or HomeAway units too. With the Multi-calendar rate-view, you can focus on managing rates exclusively. To open the rate-view mode, simply click on the dollar icon:

Select Booking.com property and specify the rates depending on the number of guests that can book your unit. Doing this allows the pricing range entered in iGMS Multi-calendar to be pushed into your Booking.com property.

Multi-select Picker is another new and handy feature available with the newly renovated iGMS vacation rental calendar. This feature allows you to select a range of dates and manage availability for several properties simultaneously. Click and drag the cursor across the dates and listings to block dates on the respective units.

Discover Improved Usability

Customizable Settings 

The new Multi-calendar allows you to configure reservations data and format, and view it in the way that suits you and your team members. Here’s what you can do:

• Hide all tasks, cleanings and prices to adjust your overall Multi-calendar view when necessary. Such a setting may come in handy if you need to limit access to the property availability (so it shows no cleaning operations or pricing).

• Switch to the compact mode reduces whitespace and hides visual elements and icons to maximize your workspace when working with the Multi-calendar. This vacation rental calendar setting will be particularly useful for hosts who operate multiple vacation rental units.

Intuitive Error Notification

To keep your vacation rental calendars up-to-date across all the channels. The new Multi-calendar version will  inform you of any discrepancies, their reasons, and the  immediate actions you can take to remove them:

Simply click on the red error triangle to inform the dates you are having the sync issue with, learn what might have caused it, what to do about it or contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

Relish Smarter Navigation

We’ve made a bunch of improvements so you can easily glide over the enhanced vacation rental calendar and work with your units from the most needed tabs.

Time-saving Navigation. The new functionality allows iGMS users to open the booking calendar directly from Multi-calendar. Switch to Rate-view mode by just clicking on the property name and the booking calendar will be opened in the new tab. 

Precise Date Picker. There is no need to continuously scroll your vacation rental calendar to find the date. Just use the new and convenient date picker to jump to a certain date, month or year.  

Polished Grouped Properties. We have good news for those who use several listing sites to promote their vacation rentals.

Now properties grouped via the channel manager have been provided with the channel icons – so you could easily identify them in the batch. 

The New Search Panel allows vacation rental companies who manage multiple properties to find the needed unit in seconds. Simply type the property nickname or address in the search bar. 

Visible Minimum Stay. The iGMS design team has made the minimum stay value visible for every date. There’s now no need to open the date editor to see the present min stay frame. 

If you need a bit more time to explore new functionality, you can always switch to the old design. However, managing Booking.com properties would not be possible in that mode.
