What Is the Capterra Top 20 Property Management Software List?

Capterra is a website that allows you to search for and compare different types of software solutions. It’s a valuable resource for anyone who wants to check out real independent reviews written by real users. There’s no opportunity whatsoever to influence the feedback posted by these actual users.

The Top 20 Report by Capterra includes both stand-alone property management software products and software suites. The report takes into account the following criteria:

• The “overall” user rating (1-5 stars) from reviews in the last 12 months.
• The average monthly search volume for a standardized set of keywords for each product, as well as the position of the vendor’s domain on the search engine results page.

In addition, to be featured on this list, the software must offer core hospitality property management functionality. Secondly, it should have received a minimum of 10 unique user reviews between September 2018 and September 2019.
